After an exhaustive search of internet partners who could help provide us this service and an equally long build time, we feel we have established a platform thatprovides the best service and most features to our clients in a very easy to use platform. Some of its highlights include: Near Real-Time Content One of the most important parts of any website is up-to-date content. Buyers want to have the latest and most accurate information when they are searching for a home so they don't miss the "perfect" house. Sellers also want to know that their house is present where the buyers are looking and that it is represented accurately with information that is current. Our website refreshes its data at least every 30 minutes so you have accurate "near-real-time" access to all of the properties listed in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). This means you don't have to search across multiple sites to find different data, every listing in the MLS will be on our website, and it will be current data, not houses that sold a long time ago, or listings that have expired. Property Searching The next item we are very excited about is the property search feature. If you are just quickly looking for a bit of information or if you are looking to create an account to gather potential listings you would like to view, we have you covered. We have the standard interface driven by house attributes and presented in a list fashion, and we have an exciting new Map Search feature. If you want to be within X-miles or X-minutes of a particular point, you can now see all the properties for sale within that area. Resources We have spent a lot of time compiling information and helpful links for a variety of real estate related content.
